Our proprietary (†patent-pending) technology does not create a database during the ID process, and no photos or data of any kind is retained. Online ID Kit Ordering All orders are processed personally by us or one of our DIGIKIDS® Representatives. Anyone that comes in contact with a child's personal information is required to pass a criminal background investigation prior to processing ID Kits. To receive online ID Kit orders, we must temporarily create a file that is encrypted and sent to us via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection, which are cryptographic protocols that provide security and data integrity for communications over networks such as the Internet.
