How safe is it to order online?
Ordering DIGIKIDS® ID Kits online is a very secure, 2-step
process! After you place your order, you will
receive
a private link to upload your child's information via a Secure Connection
and Server. This keeps the order process and child information
completely separate.
Do I need to complete the Child Information Form when I place
my order?
Not at all! You can come back and complete the Child
Information Form upload at
any time after you place your order using the link in the
confirmation email or by following the
Child Information Form link.
Why was I directed to a local DIGIKIDS® when I tried to place an
order?
We use Zip Codes to determine if there is a DIGIKIDS®
Representative in your territory able to process your DIGIKIDS® ID
Kit onsite. If you are ordering from one of those Zip Codes, you
will be directed to a page with their contact information. If you
would like to try another Zip Code, simply close and re-open your
browser to clear that session.
Do you create a database or keep my child's information
online?
All DIGIKIDS® ID Kit orders are personally
processed by us using our †patent-pending
technology so that no database is created or stored. The only
difference between onsite and online orders is that we temporarily create a file (not a database) that is encrypted
for privacy and sent only to us
via a Secure Sockets Layer connection. We
permanently delete the file once the ID is complete.
How long will it take to receive my ID Kits?
Your completed DIGIKIDS® ID Kits are shipped in a plain brown,
padded envelope by First Class Mail (included), and should arrive
about 4-5 days after you place your order. You can choose faster shipping at
checkout if needed.
Is this the same ID Kit that you offer at DIGIKIDS® Onsite
Events?

Do you
offer updates or renewal discounts?
Yes.
If you currently have a DIGIKIDS® Child ID that needs to be updated,
please contact us for a discount
code before ordering.
